Residential landscape design clients are often the most rewarding and fun clients. We use these opportunities to design residences with new, creative ideas that can earmark the individuality of their landscape. The residential services that we offer vary widely depending on the client's needs. Since each property is unique with its own set of opportunities and constraints, we work with each client to outline their needs and formulate a work plan and fee that is reasonable for both parties.

Sometimes residential clients are just looking for fun ideas and new ways to showcase their property. Jolene teaches a community outreach class through the City of Billings recreation program, called "Landscape Design." Participates learn how to create a scaled base map and master landscape plan for their property. This course is offered one night per week for six weeks. You will learn about design composition, plant selection, xeriscape techniques as well as deck, patio, paving, fencing and irrigation. Estimating costs and how to select a contractor to implement your plan is also part of the course.This is a hands-on course, where you draw your own plan.
